How did you get hooked into anime ?

Well , i start watching anime when i was 5-10 yrs. old . At that time , ghost fighter , slamdunk , dbz were airing at GMA7 , if my memory serves me right , every afternoon nila pinapalabas yun . so after school , i will just change my clothes then run straight to the tv., hoping na maabutan ko pa yung favorite show ko . At first kala ko ordinary cartoons lang yun (pls. don't kill me ) , but mas kaaya-ayang panoorin kesa cartoons . minsan di ko maabutan , pero ok lang sa akin kasi di pa naman ako gaanong hook dun sa pinapanood ko , tsaka kala ko standalone yung mga episodes nya , meaning walang connect sa story . yun , then time passes by ...




As abc5 changes their name to tv5 and airs : shakugan no shana , code geass , toradora , yun ! dun mas lalo ako na hook sa panonood ng anime (at last , anime na ang tawag ko ). minsan pa nga nagagalit ako sa mama ko pag uutusan nya ako mag saing eh , ayaw ko pa naman ma istorbo sa panood ko ng sns (gabi kasi nila pinalabas yun tapos ako pa taga saing ) kasi every episode , mahalaga , once you missed one episode , maliligaw ka na sa pinapanood . then after sns susunod na ata si code geass favorite ko talaga yun , storyline , characters , gfx , dubs lahat perfect ! di pa nila pinuputol . syempre simula pa lang nung tv5 wala gaano tv ads , around 15-30 secs lang ang commercial break nun , kaya pag sisilip mama ko sa kabilang channel , sinasabi ko "wag na po , saglit lang naman to eh " :huehuehue: . At dahil sa pagkahook ko sa anime pati OP at ED dinownload ko at walang sawang pinakinggan eheh . Tapos may anime forum din yung tv5 , every episode nakikipagkwentuhan ako sa kapwa forumers ko about dun sa episode na yun , time by time , pag mag cocommercial break , post dito , post doon

ahh .. i miss those times





Then nung unti unti nang nawala yung anime sa tv5 tapos may cliffhanger pa yung SNS2 di nila tinapos , napa search ako kay uncle google , then yun na link na ako sa iba't ibang sites after nun lumabas si nagi (hayate no gotoku) , louise (Zero no tsukaima ) . then syempre stream ko yun hanggang sa na link pa ako sa ibang anime then boom ! na-addict na ako sa panood ng anime :huehuehue: .

ang hate ko lang eh masaya ka habang pinanonood mo tapos gusto mo nang tapusin pero sa oras na matapos mo magkakaroon ka ng empty feeling , nakakainis yung ganun

sensya na napahaba eheh , kwento nyo naman ung sa inyo !

Halos same din tayo ng experience sa 7 at tv5 din ako namulat sa mundo ng anime xD...naalala ko dati lalo na pag bakasyon..gigising ako ng maaga para mapanuod ung anime ng 7 8am-10:30pm ata un :D....sa tv5 naman nag mamadali akong umuwi para mapanuod yung spongebob at avatar xD (5pm) ...tapos 6-8pm anime na ... codegeass din inaabangan ko dati at toradora :]...(kung tama ako tuwing sabado-linggo replay ng anime 3-6pm..pinapanuod ko parin kahit replay haha )....kaya lng nung nag simulang lumaki ang TV ..tinanggal na nila yung anime .... 1 year ata akong di na nanunuod ng anime nun....

eto naman yung kwento kung kailan ako mag start manuod ng anime or mag download sa internet...

Online games kasi laro ko dati yung ka mga ka guild ko may pinag uusapan na palabas (K-ON) pinatry sakin tungkol daw sa banda..eh tamang tama nag aaral ako mag gitara nun kaya sinubukan ko :D...(season 1 lng pinanuod ko) ..after nun nakita ko yung "Mayo Chiki" nagustuhan ko yung romance haha eh di nag hanap ulit ako yung ZnF nmn nakita ko...nagustuhan ko din...ayun hanggang dumami ng dumami yung dinadownload ko at pinapanuod ^^.

Note: Mahilig din pla ako sa Anime/Jrock music ...lahat kasi ng Mp3 ko japanese/anime song ...iba kasi yung dating sakin nung anime song kahit di ko halos maintindhan yung language may feeling o emotion o basta di ko mapaliwanag yung kanta ..haha... (sa mga kaibigan ko ako lang walang OPM or yung mga english na kanta sa mobile ko haha...di ko 2loy alam kung weird ba yung ganito haha)(pero nahilig lng din ako siguro dahil may alam akong tugtugin na instrument kaya iba yung feeling pag natutugtug mo yung kantang gusto mo)

I started when I was 3 years old. Watching Magical Knights Rayearth, then Neon Genesis Evangelion, Zenki and other classic anime.


It is just I am into the anime world. Anime projects some life's values like friendship, love and justice.

And I learned a lot from those persons who did not exists.

Uhm, di ko na tanda kung ilang taon na ako nun e. Basta nagsimula ako sa BTX, Mojacko, Zenki. Then Voltes 5. AS the list goes on. Tapos nun, lagi kong pinapanood lahat ng anime umaga man yan. Yung tipong linggo ng umaga, virtua fighters. Buti nga di naalis sakin tong mga to e. Dahil dun nainspire ako mag drawing ng mga scribbles. Kaso di na nag improve hanggang ngayon. Lumawak din imagination ko sa mga bagay bagay dahil sa anime.

And sa part na halos MP3s mo sa CP / Music Player mo, Japanese OSTs ng anime, relate ako dun. Ganyan din ako. xD

I got hooked into anime around 2008 when I was in first year high school, where I first watched Shakugan no Shana, Code Geass, and Toradora! on TV5 and School Days via online streaming. Then a senpai recommended me Crunchyroll where I watched Shugo Chara and Ichiban Ushiro no Daimaou. My craving for more anime escalated and I started spending a lot of time watching the first complete series I've watched as well as ongoing anime like Fairy Tail, Higurashi, Umineko, Sora no Otoshimono, Pandora Hearts, etc.

And then I learned of an awesome download method called torrent.

I used to watch anime at HeroTV/Iba pang channels nung bata pa ko. XD Yakitate Japan, Naruto Shippuden, Detective Conan, Slam Dunk etc. mga naabutan kong shows. :)

And it just hooked me up. Nagustuhan ko yung animation and stuff. :) Ever since then tumatak na sa utak ko yung anime. Then nung nagkacomputer kami ayan na. XD Paonti-onting search na ng mga images, manga, anime, streams and stuff. :)

I got hooked in Anime because of GMA 7 xD (cardcaptor sakura, detective conan etc) then napadpad ako sa QTV11 dati (pitchi pitchi pitch ,sugarsugarune) then sa TV5 (fushigi yuugi, withblade, code geass,shakugan no shana,toradora etc) Then ayun nagtuloytuloy up to present.. sa internet nalang ako nanunuod kasi paulit ulit nlng ung ibang episode.. :)

For me, it all started when I was 4 years old. I have an childhood friend who invited me into his room one time and he has this VHS tape entitled Ranma 1/2 (4 episodes/Eng subs by viz media). I asked my friend on where did he get it and said he bought it in a video store in the US and wanted it to show me because it's really good as stated and introduced me to the world of anime. He'd let me watch it and then while watching I was laughing like hell as if I'm possessed by something over the whole 4 episodes and so fort. That's where I learn "the world of anime" and since then on I've been watching anime all through out until today I'm still watching anime...I've been watching anime, reading manga for almost 17 years and still I love it

I  Start watching Anime when I was grade 4 or 3 that time I watch Zenki and Sailor moon in Channel 2
and when I was on my 5th grade my friends  told me about Inuyasha and made me watch it so after I watch those three Animes I fell in love to Anime  guys and the story of course
